What does The European Table Co. offer?
We create private dining experiences through either a fully bespoke collaboration between chef Olivia Martin and the host, or through curated seasonal menus that offer a more streamlined path. In both cases, the goal is the same: a rare, elevated, and unforgettable culinary experience defined by distinctive European flavors and uncompromising excellence.
What is the difference between a bespoke and a seasonal experience?
Our bespoke experiences are built through a collaborative design process between chef and host, allowing the menu and overall experience to be tailored in a highly personal way — shaped around your occasion, your guests, and your vision. Our seasonal experiences offer a curated menu path with less collaboration, while still delivering the same at-home flair, distinctive European flavors, and uncompromising standard of excellence.
Are tastings available?
Yes. Bespoke tasting events may be included or recommended for certain custom experiences, and tastings may also be made available for seasonal experiences as an optional enhancement for an appropriate additional charge. We will guide you through the options during the consultation process.
Is this catering?
No. While food service is central to what we do, The European Table Co. is designed as a curated culinary experience rather than conventional catering. Our focus is on creating a rare, highly personalized, luxury dining moment — one that feels intimate, singular, and impossible to replicate. The distinction matters, and it is reflected in every aspect of what we deliver.
Who leads the experience?
The European Table Co. is centered around chef Olivia Martin, whose culinary background, European training, and artistic approach define every experience. Olivia holds a Master's in German Culinary Arts and brings a rare combination of technical mastery and personal warmth to every table she creates.
What kinds of events do you serve?
We serve a wide range of occasions, including private in-home dinners, proposals, engagements, anniversaries, wedding weekends, rehearsal dinners, luxury rental stays, executive retreats, corporate entertaining, intimate celebrations, ultra-lux picnic experiences, and extraordinary destination events. If the occasion is exceptional, we want to be part of it.
Where are you based?
We are based in Park City, Utah, and serve clients throughout the state — including Park City, Salt Lake City, Deer Valley, Sundance, and the greater Wasatch Back. Additional travel may be available depending on the event, location, and scope of the experience.
Do you travel for events?
Yes. Travel may be available depending on the date, location, and scale of the experience. We welcome destination inquiries and will discuss travel feasibility as part of the consultation process. Please share your event details through the inquiry form and we will respond accordingly.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend reaching out as early as possible — particularly for weddings, peak seasons (summer and holiday periods), and destination-style events. Our calendar is intentionally limited to ensure every experience receives the full attention it deserves, which means availability can fill quickly during high-demand periods. Early inquiry is always encouraged.
Can menus be customized?
Yes. Fully bespoke experiences are designed collaboratively with the host, allowing the menu to be shaped around your preferences, dietary needs, the season, and the spirit of the occasion. Seasonal experiences follow a curated menu format with less customization, but remain highly refined and distinctly European in character. We will guide you toward the option that best fits your event.
Do you accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions?
Yes. We do our best to thoughtfully accommodate dietary preferences, allergies, and restrictions when discussed during the planning process. Please share any relevant information during your inquiry so we can ensure the experience is designed with your guests' needs in mind.
What is included in the experience?
Every experience includes menu design, ingredient sourcing, preparation, day-of execution, and post-experience cleanup. For bespoke experiences, the process also includes a consultation, collaborative menu refinement, and a tasting event where appropriate. We aim to ensure that from the moment we arrive to the moment we leave, your only responsibility is to enjoy the experience.
